Book Review:
I like the way how she used the second book to talk about the history of Eli. She makes efforts to bring understanding and connections of how the person get their power.
There were times when the storyline seemed dragged out in the middle.
Although i find that how the last part of the standoff was hastily closed off.
I think most people have this fascination about what happens if all of us are able to have one unique special power. And what will that be? This series goes into that fantasy and creates a very nice plot of the different extreme views that can be created.
Example, the haves and haves not, the righteous and not so righteous. The Weak and the strong, the vain and how some may what to use these powers for their own personal gains.
